Hello Doctors, I am facing shaking in upper leg part, upper hands and hand fingers from last 1 month. Did following tests yesterday: Fasting sugar : 94, Glycated hemoglobin (HBA1C) 4.1, FT-4 1.61, Thyroid test: T3-98.36, T4-8.0, TSH-2.09. After taking food feeling better but still internal vibrations are there. vibrations/shaking I feel between 3-4am also. Because of this unable to do light excercise or lifting heavy things. If I do forcefully I feel shaking and weakness. Is there anything serious concern? Kindly evaluate and provide your advice to treat earliest. Thanks in advance.

From last 4 months I have seen changes in my body ...mainly the male breast issue ...it looks very bad ..I have noticed it 4 months back and it is still in same shape ..I have also gained some fat and weight ...earlier I was 54..now I am 61..why this is happening..is their any way to remove it .

My mother is having high thyroid. She had problems of heart beat fluctuation, shivering of body and pain in body. She had started taking Carbimazole tablets 3 times a day since April 2020 as prescribed by her doctor. Due to pandemic situation, she wants to have online consultation regarding this. She has extreme pain in her right leg (from hip bone to ankle) which is unbearable for her. Please guide her why is this happening and what medication she should take now. I have attached her thyroid testing reports done in April (free T3 and T4, TSH) and June (Total T3 and T4, TSH). Please prescribe the right medication. Thank you.

Hi i have done some thyroid profile tests my t3 and t4 are OK but my TSH is low as 0.07 my main concern was severe hairfall and delayed menstrual cycle when I consult with doc they told me to do some tests which include thyroid too. My Cbc test is also low hemoglobin - 11.1 g/dl RBC count - 3.72 m/cmm Hematocrit - 32.9 % what should I do? My dermatologist said to talk to endocrinologist that's why I am writing here.

I want know that can i take janumate 50/1000 after consuming alcohol and before dinner. Is it safe or not. Please advice
