Hello Doctor, My Dad in law has diabetes. He is on medication. Sometimes has high sugar levels. He wants to start on healthy diet. Could you suggest a daily diet plan, or type of food to include in diet and what type of food to avoid. Thank you.

Hi Doctor, I'm 31 male having diabetes and high bp issue for almost 4 years now as this is genetic problem and all my family members have the same. Currently I'm taking Switglim M2 and Telvas am40 for BP. Over the few weeks what I have observed that I always feel low energy plus some body ache as well. My  digestion is not up-to the mark. Is it because of the sugar medicine?? Can I take Liv 52 tablet?? Also please suggest me some good multivitamin.

Iam taking Glycomet 500 sr 1-0-1 each day since last 18 months for pcod . I tested for sugar yesterday and it was very high as mentioned above 172 fasting 239 after food . I feel tired and stressed my eyes pain and all day my head ahecs feel like vamoting and sleepless nights . Just yesterday I came to know about my sugar levels. Please suggest me what to do . Do suggest medicine if possible

I am Diagnosed for Diabetics for since last one year. I take Glycomet 500 sr one each before breakfast and before dinner. Since I checked my sugar at my home with help of Accu Check meter readings are like this FBS 172/ppbs 239. Iam getting tired and stressed my pupils pain and my ears sounds like wiising sound . Even my head ahecs all day long since last one week. My chest and back are paining. Please suggest

Have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 years ago following a missed miscarriage and later unable to conceive dr did thyroid antibodies test which was normal but I now from last few months my tsh level going up and down recently its 0.007 and my new fertility specialist wants to repeat my tpo antibodies is it relevant and as it was negative before I have no fixed dr for thyroid management what should I do and thus thyroid can cause secondary infertility???plz advice

Blood sugar level is 304 after 2 hr of meal. Without meal it is 266mg/dl. Feel headachce. Consulted with a doctor he had given glycomet 1g. Is this medication is okay or i have to change it

Recently my father got diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. Doctor has prescribed Metformin + Vildagliptine combination twice a day. After a taking a medicine he is feeling symptoms like Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, lot of weakness, not willing to have any food. Then we have stopped his medicine for 2-3 days, his condition improved but not able to manage sugar level. Random sugar level shoots upto 236 dl. Please suggest what should we do now.
