I am using thyroid medication from 5 years. I am using 100mg tablet right now and tested my tsh it is shown as 1.11 please suggest whether I have to 100mg or recommendation of medicine.

My mom had marginal diabetes and was on diet control with constant monitoring of sugar levels. She had viral fever(not covid) and recovered 2 days back. Now she feels EXTREME DRY THROAT  in morning as soon as she wakes up from sleep. No other symptoms. Could the sugar reading be due to antibiotics she had taken during fever or some mistake in digital meter? Will there be any harm if she waits for some time to get it tested in actual lab?(By being in diet control)

Ummm... I need to know how to loose my fat Do i need to do any course? I have hypothyroidism Hv many other problem may coz of it as i hv TSH >150 Couldn't sleep well Always thinking to kill or hurt myself I stopped these thoughts but somehow they came back. I am not in mood yet always laugh... I do not get angry but cries alone I got tired easily I don't wanna do any hard exercise but really want to loose my weight. I eat thyronorm 100mg from 3-4 yrs Still mg TSH T3 and T4 nvr gets better. Do let me know what i need to do?

My father takes 35units insulin twice everyday before breakfast and dinner. And he is taking insulin for 10 years. Is it good to use insulin for such long duration? Can we switch to pills? I have attached recent sugar test report. Kindly advice.

I have hyper thyroidism from the past 2.5 years. At that time one of  my locality gynaecologist prescribed me to use medicines regarding hypo thyroidism, after that I consulted endocrinologist, he said I used wrond medicines, after that I decrease dose of medicines, and then I changed medicines, those are methemazol and norten. I used medicines, and my reports were normal. I got married last year, from last 1 year I didn't used medicines properly, now I lost my weight upto 7 to 8 kgs, I started medicines again but still I am not gaining weight, so suggest me what to do.

I did thyroid profile, T3, T4 are normal, but TSH is low, it is 0.01. So suggest me medicines. Currently I am using methemazol 10mg one tablet per a day.

My 45year old brother have thyroid nodules on both side of thyroid gland. Thay have enlarged in size. One is solid and other is cyst. Symptoms: first heart rate Heat intolerance Weakness and low grade fever. The thing that worse is he has getting slightly eveluted low grade fever up to 100.4 at every evening last three weeks. And fever subcides itself after few hours at night. So what should be cause of low grade fever ? These nodules are dengrous or not?  Can these medicine cure the disease or fruther examine is required. Plez help me out in this regard. Me from Pakistan Dr recommend him neomercazole and inderal tablet .

As I recently discovered that my BP is 150/100. Iam worried about this as previously I had no such thing happened to me. Aslo my sugar levels are at higher side that is FBS 286& ppbs 315 iam taking glimp m1 for sugar Nothing for BP please suggest any medicine for BP and should I increase the does for my sugar as they are spiking . Please help
