Diabetics have to learn how to control their sugar under the guidance of a doctor. Diabetes being a chronic disease u will meet the doctor 4/5 times a year the rest of the 360 days the diabetic has to know how to maintain his sugar by taking medicines controlling diet and having a healthy lifestyle. So u need to control a doctor asap as ur sugar is very high

Your sugars are very high and u have diabetes. Diabetes doesn’t appear over night. The process may have started 5-10 years back but only has manifested now. So by the history and ur age it looks like u have type 2 Diabetes. So treatment u need to start exercise regularly, reduce weight if obese, have a good diet consult a dietitian and maintain healthy life style. U need to start on medicine.
