Sir, my mother age 66. She using thyrox 62.5. Since three months. She diagnosis thyriod profile. Please suggest any changes in medicine dose or continue that dose.

My fasting blood sugar reading is 302 and post prandial reading is 472 and urine glucose>1000 mg/dl. What does this indicate, what should I do?

My wife has been suffering from sudden *weight loss, frequent diarrhoea(4-5 times a day), hairloss, sleeplessness and fatigue* from past 3 months. She had miscarriage on Jan 2020. So, we did some blood tests. TSH: 0.04,, FT3: 6.05,, FT4: 3.66,, Anti-TPO: >1000,, TTG: 0.60,, *Doppler study of Thyroid suggested:* (1) Bulky and heterogeneous Thyroid gland with increased vascularity- Thyroiditis. (2) Bilateral cervical Lymphadenopathy. (3) Diffuse enlargement of thyroid gland is noted. (4) Right lobe of thyroid measures 3.93*3.35*1.99cms (vol.13.8 cc). (5) Left lobe 3.97*3.92*1.05 cms (Vol. 13.7cc) (6) Isthmus of gland is enlarged and measures 5.7 mm. *Please suggest:* - Any other tests for further investigation? - Which doctor to visit. Can a senior physician help? - Any precautions? - When should we try next so that she can conceive without any complications?

Iam non diabetic. Recently checked hba1c levels The result is 5.6, eAG 110. FBS 78, PPBS 105. Is it ok or not? What's the target hba1c,FBS,PPBS values. Pls suggest. Regards.

I am randomly check my diabetes from Lal Pathlab and report shows that fasting sugar level is 174 and PP is 235. and Hb1Ac is 7.9 my b.p generally is 145+ and 90+.
