What is the accurate blood sugar test to find Glucose level. That is HBA1C, FBS or RBS.How often to check blood sugars in non diabetic peoples.pls suggest. Regards.

All the tests ie fbs/ppbs, self monitoring, oral glucose tolerance test, fructosamine and hbA1c have different uses for us doctors to prescribe medicines correctly. If u are over weight have a sedentary lifestyle, irregular food habits or family history of diabetes you should check fbs and hba1c every 6 months.

HbA1c is last 3 months average sugar report and do not get affected with meal intake on the test day. It's more reliable. If you are above 40 yrs Atlest once in a year
