Recently iam check my sugar values that is
1.Hba1c 5.6
2.Exactly 2 hrs of post prandial afternoon meals 134
(Morning breakfast,2 coffees,1T,Meals)
3.RBS 84 at evening.
This is normal or not?
Again how often check my sugar levels.
Pls suggest.
