I took test around aug 8 my hba1c is 5=.3 but it increases within one month and it reaches 5.7 how 5.7 means pre diabetic ah iam getting panic please help me out

An HbA1c of 5.7% is right at the start of the prediabetic range, one step up from your earlier 5.3%. It isn't diabetes, and it's reversible, but a jump this size in a month is unusual from diet alone and is worth looking into further.
