My Fasting blood sugar is 155 and PP is 167. But HbA1c is 6.4. Taking Medicine Glycomate GP 1 gm daily. But it is not controlled. Please advise the proper medicine and when should I take it!!

From the reports it seems your beta cell reserve is good but insulin resistance is high that is giving you high hepatic glucose output. All the anti diabetic drugs bring down blood sugar but if a proper choice isn't made considering the prominent pathophysiology that leads to OHA failure.
