Shoulder pain on her right shoulder, the pain is intermittent and whenever it appears, she feels it very painful to lift her hand up. If she keeps her hand down then the pain is less but it is there.She is a diabetic and is house wife and in her late 50's.She is very active lady. Kindly advise. Thankig you.

Hi my TSH level has come 4.5 with thyroxin tab 25mg  though t3 t4 is in good range. I want to reduce tsh level naturally. What should i do to reduce it naturally or lifestyle change. Pls suggest.

Kindly check the TSH and suggest if any treatment to be given or can it be controlled by diet and exercise? Is it a major concern??

I am taking diabetic tablets. Morn: GLUFORMIN G2 &DIAVIT PLUS NIGHT: ZORYL 0.5 & PREGAMET 75 CAP. MAY I REPLACE THE FROM MORNING DIAVIT PLUS TO RENERVE PLUS? OR STOPPING DIAVIT PLUS &PREGAMET75 AND TAKING RENERVE PLUS AT NIGHT? WHICH IS GOOD OPTION TO RECOVER MY FOOT PALM IRRITATION. Renerve plus when taking is good? PLS GUIDE ME.

Hello doc .. my father is an diabetic patient from last 10 years and 7 years ago he got pemphigus vulgaris and he is under treatment of predinosol 10 mg and Azoran 50 mg along with sugar tablet and insulin. His pemphigus is reduced except he get an wound only in his scalp that too only upper right side of his head. His sugar is under control. The infection on scalp often get cured n sometimes it occurs. Recently from last week he got infection he started taking the azoran and prednisolone in the  mrng . Due to severe pain he took azoran 50 mg tablet twice a day one in mrng n night for 2 days . Today he took in the mrng one tablet and from evening he have shiverinv and feeling like sleeping and have fever of 99° . I gave dolo65 and I'm worried wht to do if this is any side effect will that a serious issue. Plz do find the picture of scalp wound and advise.

I am 25 yr old . weight 75 kg...i cheak MY fasting in CbG machine after 9 hour,.. value 115 mg/dl. Today bt yesterday it was 99...no history of diabetes of mine...Cbg test is sufficient to diagnose my prediabetic ???..or chek it from laboratory in plasma glucose?? Actually there is any difference in plasma glucose and plasma glucose??? What can do??.. prevent diabetes
