Regarding Suggestion for Sugar Control
Dear Sir/ Mam, PFA my father's report of sugar. ECHS have suggested to add the injection in the medical course of sugar. We are not sure whether we have to go for Injection treatment or not. From somewhere we have heard that if we started injection treatment to control the sugar than till life time we have to continue with the injection only. Please see the reports and suggest some suggestion. I also request you if possible please suggest some diet plan for him. Thanks & Regards Arun Dogra

His blood glucose levels are really high and his kidneys are also affected because of diabetes. Insulin would be the best treatment for him considering his age and underlying kidney status. He might have to continue it long term but in some cases if response is good one can think of tapering it down
