My mother's fasting sugar is going in range of 140 range and PP 180 .She takes triglimiprex at before breakfast and zukanorm d10 before dinner .This is happening for last 1 month . How to control this ?what adjustment to do. can She take in this format triglimiprex 2 at breakfast;zukanorm at lunch and teneliglip 20 at night before dinner with the above two medicines.

Pl consult endocrinologist. Strict control of Dm at that age is not necessary. Hba1c must be around 7.

In type 2 diabetic patients target fasting blood sugar level is below 130mg/dl and pp bsl below 180mg/dl.  To control fasting blood sugar you need to increase the dose of metformin along with dietary and lifestyle modification
