Fasting Blood sugar - 113 mg/dl - a month before it was 93mg/dl
Fasting urine sugar - Traces- a month before was nil
Post Blood sugar - 202 mg/dl - month before was 191
Post urine sugar - 0.5% - month before -traces
Medication : AFOGLIPM 500
Wanted to know the best to keep my sugar level in control.?

I think you need to increase the dose of metformin to 1000mg .
Next Steps
monitor your Blood sugars regularly. HbA1c, other tests for monitoring complications related to diabetes should be done as advised by your Doctor.
