need to check its acute or chronic raise in creatinine...
check for diabetic Opthalmopathy present... because retina and kidney both affects together...
rule out UTI and see for 24 hours urine protine
and you are on losar 50... check serum potassium...
if high need to stop and change to other class of anti hypertensive
