Asked for Male, 38 Years

Iam testing My RBS at evening 5 PM the result is 110. after Tea and and 4 Biscuits.The same day i taken morning breakfast,Tea, Coffee, and afternoon lunch. It's normal or not?Pls suggest. Regards.
