So from the past few days
Been experiencing vibration on both of my feet
When I rotate my ankles I feel a pain or a strech in my middle part of the foot
Is it a symptom of nerve damage ??
Est hba1c is 7.4
Also some times I feel vibration in my hands as well
Do revert back
Cheers
Thanks in advance

Hi...
see HbA1c 7.4 is diabetic range... even nerve damage may happen if sugars are having high variability
need more information and examination
to rule out
1. Diabetic neuropathy : vibration is just due to glycemic variability
2. ? Chances of hypoglycemia... but it will also associate with sweating, hunger... so you can check GRBS during symptoms
may neee to adjust Diabetic medicines
3. Any Thyroid problem should also be considered
4. Ankle pain may also be some vitamin dificiency
Next Steps
Check GRBS, heart rate, BP during symptoms
Also TSH, Total T4, vitamin D, & B 12
Health Tips
Consult diabetiologist
