Fluctuation in sugar level
My mother name is rekha  ,her sugar level is always high 160-190 before breakfast and in evening after 2 hrs of lunch 140-180 even she is taking every precaution by taking fenugreek water in morning , syrup daiboamarit 2 times a day , paneer doda water in morning and tries to walk as much as she can . please sugest what more she can do to reduce her sugar level.

Hiii noted above details.. are she on any diabetic medicins other than fenugreek, syrup diabomarit see before breakfast GRBs 160 - 190 means is that after coffee / panner doda/ fenugreek ??? need to talk to patient and decide how can she helped in bringing down the sugar levels
