noted apka concern..
mainly need to look for any necl swelling... is the hyperfunctioning in Multinodule / single nodule / diffuse gland...
depending on this: can say the treatment plan
1. usually in diffuse gland: taking antithyroid drugs for 1 to 2 years... it may help you in self resolving
2. Permanent cure means, you have to go for Radio iodine theraphy...
but post treatment , more chances of becoming hypothyroid.. and you require Thyroxine replacement life long sir
so need examination and evaluation to say... What treatment will suit for you sir... and then you can decide
Next Steps
every 2 to 3 months keep checking Thyroid functions and keep adjusting dosese...
