Thyroid tablet Eltroxin consumption.

I am having thyroid disorder from childhood onwards i am taking ELTROXIN 100mcg and currently my T3 -107 ng/dl , T4 - 11.8 ug/dl & TSH - 1.37 uIU/ml. Can I still continue of taking ELTROXIN 100mcg or reduce to 50 or 25 mcg. Please advice. Thanks 🙏.
