Night shift
I am doing 7-8 max night shift in a month. 5days continues then after 7 days again 2-3 night shifts. So during these night shift how to make my body fit and prevent further complications like diabetes, high bp to name a few.

Just do regular exercise and take at least 6-8 hours sleep during day or night according to duty shift. Have balanced diet
