I am having normal blood sugar but my urine smells sweet age 20 yrs old although i have utis is this a serious case

I m taking tenepride M 500mg Can I lower dose Also I feel thirst n feel low despite my thyroid n sugar level normal

My mother is taking medicine ( Depanol 5mg , Glimed -MF 1 1000SR and losakind 50) for diabetic since last 9 years but she is also allergic to tablets likes ( Ibubrufen , reglan and anelgen group ) So now she wants to take the first dose of covishield vaccine , can she take it or she will get side effects of this vaccine ? Does this vaccine contain the ( ibubrufen or anelgen group ) which can cause damage to my mother ?

I'm 22 years old. I want to know if there is any way to increase naturally. I have been doing few stretching exercises since 3 days. Will that help. Pls answer
