I am suffering from low estradiol levels 5 and my testrestrone levels are 390. I am in early stages of osteoporosis.

Is it safe to use topiramate for weight loss as appetite suppressant does it have any serious side effects

T4 low and TSH high. Currently having thyronorm 125mg. Has isdue in throat. Especially in the morning lot of coughing to clear throat. Feels cough...These days feeling pain in throat wjile swallowing... As per report from SRL taken today following are the results: T3 : 93.97 Range 80 to 200 T4: 4.55 Range 5.1 to 14.1 TSH :30.68 Range 0.27 to 4.20 Please advise. Regards Nitish (Husband)

Hiiiii...my father is 62 years old...he is diabetic patient...he took vildagliptin and metformin hydrochloride tablet 50 mg/500mg.but this medicine not suited because his sugar level not coming down after taking this medicine. From yesterday he took vildagliptin and metformin hydrochloride tablet 50 mg/1000mg and dapagliflozin tablet 10 mg prescribed by doctor but his health is not ok..he faced body ache, unconsciousness .today his fasting blood sugar is 123...so please suggest he took this medicine or not...also prescribed another medicine if it is not good for health...

I am having optic neuritis taking wysolone, after tapping to 5 mg all good ,now started 5 mg alternate just after two alternate days in the left eyes feeling dark shadow today morning and took 5 mg wysolone today , what should I do ? Should I increase the dose or keep it daily 5 mg?

My mother was diagnosed with rectal and colon ulcers 2 years back in 2019. On CT scan, incidentally a adenoma was detected on one of the adrenal glands of size 18 ×22 mm. Although she is not facing any issues except high blood sugar. Still I would need a suggestion.

My relative who is young 26 years diagnosed with dibeties as A1c came as 12.2 with sugar level 386. After 20 days now her sugar level is fasting 136 and reaches to 180 to 220 during the day after meals etc. Doctor have given medication pills Aim70xr for morning and similar having metmorphin at dinner time. Is it normal to have 120 above sugar level all the time after medication and following diet , excercise etc. Only once it came 112.

I have detected Thyroid problems just few days back. TSH is 124. I had delivered a baby in January and till that time thyroid was normal.
