Hello, I got my thyroid test done today ft4 and tsh...I have anxiety, insomnia, heart palpitations and high blood pressure...I get irritated very easily but the doc didn't give me any medicine for thyroid, just gave blood pressure medications... please can anyone just see and say if I need thyroid medication? I am a dibeatic and hypertension. Though my diabetes are in control but during morning time when I woke up I feel lots of pain and not able to move properly. The doctor has asked me to take insulin daily. Is it safe to take insulin daily. Does it give relief from pain and what are it's side effects.

My mother was given numbnil ointment to apply on her feet for numbness due to diabetes. However, the night after she has applied, she got severe allergy . Her cheeks were completely swollen and there was some itching on head too. Is it a common side effect for numbnil? Apart from this, she has not used or eaten anything new that day which could have caused this allergy.
