I have severe hair fall. Went to an endocrinologist and got 17 OHP test done. Test results show that I have higher than 53 ngml 17 OHP. What can this indicate?

Yes, it indicates NCAH. Some doctors do it for diagnosing PCOS. But, it is not conclusive . Anyways, higher levels indicate hormonal imbalance causing hyperandrogenemia . Don't worry about these nomenclature s and focus on discussing your results with your treating endocrinologist.
If your doctor don't have time to explain about the tests, change the doctor and get treatment somewhere else. It's your right.
