I have taken a blood test today and I got the results as follows: Blood Sugar (F) - 163mgs% (Range: 70-110)* Blood Sugar (PP) - 231mgs% (Range: 80-160)* HbA1C - 8% (Range Normal: Less than 5.7)* (Range Pre-diabetes: 5.7-6.4)* (Range Diabetes: More than 6.5)* Mean Blood Glucose (MBG) - 183mgs% (Range: 65-135)* *Ranges as per the test centre where I took the test Is it possible to reduce all these levels to normal range? If so how can I do it? Kindly suggest me the best way. Thanks in advance.

Iam having hyperthyroidism which was diagnosed few days back...my tests are as follows 1)free t3= 7.45 pg/ml 2)free t4=. 2.63 ng/dl 3)Tsh= 0.003 uIu/ml 4) Anti tpo-202.6 IU/ml 5)t3= 181.52 ng/dl 6) t4= 13.27 ug/dl ..iam having bulging eyes, tiredness, lack of sleep, anxiety,high heart rate...iam taking carbimazole 10 mg since few days......attaching the report of thyroid sonography.....i had done done thyroid sonography in 2018 too which showed a nodule in the thyroid but test report was normal that time ..how did this arise ? ..what to do ?...plz help Is it graves disease?

I am having blood sugar test in fasting my report is 126 and after fasting my report is 95 What should I do??

This is generally worse after eating breakfast in morning after 3 hours I get shaky light headed weakness with fatigue and confusion with blurred vidsoon unable to even think properly it keeps getting worse until I have my lunch even after having lunch this happens mildly but intensity is very less.. Pls help.

Iam pre-diabetes, non medication, I exercise lot but after second lock down I got laizybut when checking fbc and ppbs it's less than100 snd less than 120 respectively , but when checking Hba1c it's 5.7 shown as pre diabetes, my question is can I get healthy weight gain and also I got a small fungal infection inside the ear hole how can I get rid from this. Is it possible?

My father got tested diabetes and full body test yesterday. He has no history of diabetes but have been irregular with meals. His HBA1C test result gave a reading of 9.7%. His triglycerides level are more than 800 for the cholesterol test. Results been provided in the attachment. His urinary microalbumin value is 71.1 which should have been less than 25 as indicated in the report. His URI albumin creatinine ration is 58.8 which should have been less that 30 as referred from the report. We have consulted a doctor but couldn't get satisfactory consultation as he was in rush in wrap up patients in less than 5 minutes. Can you please suggest some diets and precautions we should be take care of for my father? What should be included in his diet, what should be avoided? How many meals he need any specifications? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thankyou so much for your time.

Iam having hyperthyroidism which was diagnosed few days back... thyroid sonography reports show cystic multinodular goitre..both cysts are of 5mm and 3mm. Doctor has given carbimazole 10 mg...since taking the medication,there is bit of swelling pain in thyroid gland...which was already there before but I thought it as heaviness...but since taking medication,it has increased a bit,as I can feel it while talking...so what to do?...should I continue the medication or consult again?

Dear Sir, My mother, who is 65 years old, is a diabetic patient. She’s been feeling numbness in her right leg for the past few days. When I took her to a doctor, he prescribed some medicines. We’ve been using these medicines for the last 15 days. However, her symptoms have not yet come down and her leg is still numb. We’re really worried. Please give us proper advice.
