Is any medication necessary given the following Thyroid Profile test results? TSH 5.191 (mU/L) T4 Free 0.82 ng/dL T3 Free 3.8 pg/mL

Iam having hyperthyroidism... thyroid sonography reports show cystic multinodular goitre...I have attached the levels of my free t3,free t4 and anti tpo tests and thyroid sonography reports...is it graves disease?

I have diabetes from 2012. Currently take Voglitor mf 0.2 tablets twice a day I also have thyroid from 2020 onward currently taking Eltroxin 50 mcg  one times Recently test taken for Lipid profile , Thyroid profile , HBA1C and blood sugar test . LIPID PROFILE: SERUM CHOLESTROL - 151 mg/dl Triglyceride - 170 mg/dl HDL - cholestrol - 51 mg/dl LDL - cholesterol- 65.2 mg/dl VLDL-cholestrol - 34.8 mg/dl CHO/HDL ratio - 2.9 LDL/HDL ratio- 1.2 THYROID HORMONES: Serum T3 - 2.76 nmol/L Serum T4- 142.58 nmol/L Serum TSH - 1.93 IU/mL Sugar test Plasma Glucose - 119 mg/dl Plasma Glucose post prandial - 183 mg/dl HbA1c - 7.8 % Did I need to take tablets for cholestrol Also since thyroid  profile show normal can I stop Thyroid tablet

Tsh 6.4 Free t3 3.1 Free t4 1.09 Tpo antibodies 104 This is my recent thyroid profile. I have food allergies which cause lot of swelling regularly by water retention. Please advise

Is it necessary to take medication for increased HBA1c to 5.9 or will it be possible to control with dietary restrictions?Does HBA1c increase indicate any other problem in this case?

Madam ,I had tried to book an appointment,but password is not coming on phone , After 10 days of tablet ,now my fasting is 119 and 2 hours after meal is 165 , I am on strict diet and walking Pl advise the tablet dose from now

Sugar dipped to 40 in middle of day. Though she had eaten Normal breakfast poha curd. She had history of high Diabates she took her daily medicine Valdiff-M 500 before and after breakfast Vildagliptin and Metformin Hydrochloride 50mg/500mg Tables.. Due low sugar reading in glucometer she have to consume more rice and banana sharbat.

I work out 2 hours daily. So i carry a small bottle of water with 4 small spoon of glucon d mix. Then after work out i take 1 banana and coconut water. Is taking glucon d daily safe. Or will it increase sugar? Can i take one banana per day?

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism few weeks ago...iam currently taking carbimazole 10 mg twice a day and ciplar la 40 mg at night...my Thyroid sonography reports show cystic multinodular goitre.....i have bulging eyes...so does bulging eyes indicate only graves disease?? Or it it could be due to the other reason of hyperthyroidism too??

Hi, I am unable to consult same doctor which I have consulted 3 weeks back. Based on his prescription he asked to contact after 3 weeks of medication. If that is not possible then there is no meaning to use Practo. Please help for this issue. Or let me know how I can connect with Same Doctor. Many thanks!!
