Hi I measured my random blood sugar level on 07 it was at 120 . Today again I measured it, the level was at 140..I measured it again now it was 113. Do I need to go for any evaluation tests .What is the normal random range for blood sugar

My mother 68 yr old,diabetic for 20 yrs have recently started feeling excessive sweat after waking in afternoon . She taken lunch arnd 1.30, then curd arnd 4 ,then sleeps from 4-7, wen she wakes she feels excessive sweating..what cd be possible reasons. She takes glycomet gp 3/850 after lunch.her pasting in morning is normal And varies arnd 90-120 . Does tht indicate low sugar level? . However her hb1ac is 7.2

My usg report shows that grade "I" fatty changes of liver. Ecogenesity is raised. Liver size is normal. No focal area of altered ecogenecity is seen in liver parenchyma.and portal vein is measuring 8.8 mm. My weight is 89 kg and age is 28 . Height is 6 feet . I have a overweight problem. Now my question is that is there any serious issue in my usg report regarding liver?
