Hello doctor. I'm a 21 y female. I was diagnosed with PCOD in 2018. I'm undergoing treatment right now. My doctor has asked me to get some hormone tests done on the 3rd day of my period. Yesterday I noticed a little bit of blood in the evening but I only started heavily bleeding today. I'm confused whether the first day of my period was yesterday or is it today? Please help. The doctor asked me to get the tests done at the correct date and time.

Can I modified the tablets taking time as Voglitor mf 0.2 two times as before but Teniva-m at lunch before or after food

Is 134 sugar level is normal after food, please let me know. Request you to please guide if it's normal.
