Hi, Currently I feel very fatigue and have no interest in any activity. Feels like it is related to my hormones. I have also very noticeable Gynecomastia which I also wants to be treated not looking for surgery for now. Need consulting and advice. Attached image of my gyno condition.

I have normal t3, t4 but very low tsh 0.008. i had hyperthyroid earlier but it got balanced. I was taking carbimazole 10 mg before 4 year. After that my t3, t4 got balanced so i was recommended to stop medicine. But now i am seeing t3 t4 always normal but low tsh. What is this condition and what should I do?

My Blood Glucose level before breakfast is 160 and 234 PP. I have Pulmonary Tuberculosis also and am in 3 weeks into the treatment for that. Diagnostic centre where i took the sugar test told me that i might have diabetes. I don't know where to start. Please consult

Hello Doctor, I have hypothyroidism and taking eltroxin 50 mg last 3 years and recent taken thyroid test TSH level is 6.39 but before thyroid medication I don't have BP and my BP range is 120/70, recent days I got BP 150/100. Last 10 days I didn't take eltroxin tab and my BP also got down to 130/80. I have problem with this medication. Kindly help me in this situation.

I am on medication for thyroid disorder from past 2 years and daily I am taking 50 mg of tyronorm. I got test results yesterday and Now TSH level dropped to 0.22 and T4 raised to 13.6. 5 months back TSH was normal .Anyone help me with the reason why its dropped and should I need to reduce the dose of medicine Thanks in advance
