First of all, I'm a RA patient, recently I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes which is 8 months ago mainly due to diabetic foot ulcer & got treated; now I have well controlled diabetics but has PAD. I'm on few medicines like Gemer 1, lefno 20mg, ecosprin AV 75mg, nurokind plus and ultracet on daily basis and 2mg predmet once in 2 days. My actual worry is about PAD now, what's the best I can do to get better quality of life considering my complete health complication, kindly please advise.

Kindly suggest me something about these variations... I have mentioned here the proper report of mine hbac1(6.0), rdw(18.20), urea(15.50),HDLcholestrol(39.77),LDL(118.53). Provide me some beneficial  suggestions and a diet plan. I strictly avoid meat and oily items... I eat oily food items once or twice in a month. How to get rid of these variations or to control these things.

Hello Doctor... today I checked my TSH and it's value is 4.8 (before 2months I got 0.048 used 75mcg) and currently Using 50mcg.Can I change course to 75mcg ?? Currently planning for kids. I need to control my thyroid.

Hello, My mother has cataract and want to get operate, while taking reports I came to know she is having diabetes, now they advise me to check with diabtese doctor unless she gets fitness certificate from the doctor they can't operate, we visited doctor and doctor has prescribe 2 tablets for 15 days and told to monitor for two days or if in Case to operate early doctor advised to go for insulin, now he also said that for insulin she has to get admitted for one day, my question is to take insulin it is mandatory to admit for 1 day, what shall i do, I am not getting right advise, kindly help me please...
