I'm taking 62.5 mg thyroxine tab from last 2 year But now from last two months my weight reduce 4kg My Tsh - 2.29 T3-104 T4- 12 Should I reduce medicine dose And report is ok...?

Sir/mam ,my fasting sugar is going on more than 200 while taking 80 unit of 30/70 insulin U100 & p.p sugar is more than 250 . I was diagnosed as type1 diabetic 4 year ago. But i have been feel weakness for more than 12 years.  I am taking treatment from a senior endocrinologist.  He said to do exercise but i am unable to exercise due to weakness Now what should i do to treat my sugar & weakness without exercise

My father's fasting sugar is 134. He is a diebetic patient for many years and not taking medicine for diebetis. Is this level is high for a diebetic? What should be the normal range of sugar level for a diebetic in fasting and after food?

After Covaxin 1st dose my cousin underwent illness for atleast a month having illness and during that period the helath check up was done and in the report HBA1C is 5.6. We are not sure if this was the same result even before the vaccination. once he took 2nd his helath condition is becoming Normal.He is worried about HBA1C test results.Could you please suggest on this.
