Tests for Knowing type of PCOS
I was diagnosed with pcos 3 months ago. But all the harmonal tests(FSH,LH,TEST,Prolactin,TSH,DHEAS) were normal and the ultrasound scan too. But the symptoms like acne and hairfall are severe. I really want to know the type of pcos I have, could you help me what tests can I go through, so that I can work on the root cause?

Can continue thyroid drugs or not ?
She is suffering from thyroid on medication. Tsh-3.8 to 9.6 in 6 months.except hairfall and mood swings no other symptoms. Can you prescribe the treatment ?

Sudden increase in sugar level
There is sudden increase in sugar level since 2-3days and sugar level is maintain between 300 - 400 ,despite of taking all precautions

Interpretation of Prolactin Test
My prolactin test report have come 30.65ng/ml, normal range 2-35ng/ml according to my diagnostics centre. I just wanted to confirm that this is a normal result, since the reference range is generally lower for other labs.

I don't have ideal FSH to LH Ratio
I get tests done on 3rd day of periods
Method :- CLIA
LH :- 8.39 mlU/mL
FSH :- 4.8 mlU/mL
Method :- CMIA
Prolactin :- 15.77 ng/ml
Method :- ECLIA
DHEA :- 268 ug/dL
Method :- CLIA
Total Testosterone :- 22.09 ng/dL
Do I have pcod as the ratio of FSH: LH is not 2:1 and in my case the ratio is reversed 1:2

And do I need to get done other tests estrogen, progesterone, androgenostine?
I don't have cyst in ovaries but I have irregular periods and hairfall issue
I have been taking iron and vitamin d prescribed by dermat as I have low ferritin 24 and low vitamin D 9 levels
I don't have thyroid too.

Is it diabetes or anything else
Hii I'm 20 yrs old.few days back i just monitored my fasting blood sugar( in empty stomach) at home & it came 105. For about 1 month i'm having leg pain contiously.Is it due to Diabetes or anything else .is it the primary stage of diabetes? My father is also diabetic patient for about 20yrs. So..my chances of getting affected by diabetes is high. I have consulted a doctor as well & he gave me some medicines to reduce pain & nurokind .& I'm Taking those medicines for 3days but still it has no effect..my legs are still hurting.if it is the primary stage of diabetes ...can I prevent this with proper diet without any medication?

My TSH is 0.02
Hi Doctor,
I had annual health check-up and I found to have some irregular results in thyroid Profile.
TT3-294 TT4-14.32 TSH -0.05.
And I started using Neo mercazole 5mg since from 1 month and when I repeated I found TT3-70.91 TT4 - 8.1 TSH-0.02.
Could you please help me with further process.
