Hi... How much time does high blood sugar patinet need for the damage of the organs...life expectancy of high diabetic patient

My hairloss is diffuse I have hypothyroidism taking 50 mcg from 3 months vit d 22 taking 1000iy daily.no pcos how to treat hair thinning caused by hypothyroidism. Is it reversible

My tsh is 2.9 before 2 months it was 6.5 I am on 50mcg my vit d is 22 no pcos but my hair is thin is minoxidil required or not?only medications is enough

I have been diagnosed with a multinodular goiter 3 years back. Now it has grown in size. I ahve difficulty swallowing Is there an option to cure this without surgery. I have put on weight due to hypothyroidism.

Hi , I have been following a strict diet and taking medications regularly. From last couple of days I m feeling weak. Today my fasting sugar test showed 180 and pp 325. I m very much worried. I m taking insulin 20, 15 ,15 and the following medication Cyblex Trajenta T me Rozavel Telma 40 Please advise as most of the clinics are closed on Sunday

Morning i had a glass of honey, lemon , cinnamon warm water and took the test , range was 119 Blood gulcose, is this prediabetic or due to water i had before testing ???
