Hba1c level
Hii my father is a diabetic patient for 22years .His hba1c level is 7.2 & fasting is 108 ,&post prandial is 163.i just wanted to is it bad ?? Is hba1c 7.2 high?? His hemoglobin level is 10.1 as well which is low.please suggest something to improve it. Thank you.

HbA1C 7.2 is good control for his age. Fasting sugar is going a bit low. Give him bedtime snack, like a cup of milk and fruit.
To improve hemoglobin give iron rich food like green leafy vegetables, Ragi Porridge.
