My TSH is 5.2 and i have  sometime fast heart  rhythm ,difficult to concentrate , diarrhea & weight loss

Hello, i did my tsh test a week ago..tsh is 7.66 and vitamin d level is 52...i have lot of muscle pain and i feel lethargic...my tsh is borderline high two years ago...is thyroid causing muscle and energy issues? Is 7.66 too high and can it get cured? I suffered from gut issues for last one year..like bloating... taking probiotic and rifaximin, colospa, for that..

Hi doctor, my father is heart patient done bypass surgery 12years back now under medication he is fine. He is having sugar as well previously he is taking different sugar tablets and insulin 40 morg and 35unit night, now during health check up doctor suggested to take below tablet and insulin. 1) Galvus met 50/1 gm 1-0-1 after food 2) Diamicron xr 60mg tablet 1-0-1 before food 3) Volix 0.3 tablet 1-1-1 aft food 4) Human mixtard 100 iu/ml (30 unit morg and 30unit night)   Tested sugar level it's 186 fasting and 245 after meal. My question is is this safe to continue the above medicine? Please confirm doctor. Note: previously he suggested above tablet with 10 unit insulin for morg alone, but sugar was very high fasting 315 and postprandial 340 so he changed 30 unit insulin for both morg and night.

My mother has thyroid problem from 6-7 years .She often complaints pain in her throat .She does not have any problem.what can I do to reduce her pain

I was diagnosed with pcos 3 months ago. But all the harmonal tests(FSH,LH,TEST,Prolactin,TSH,DHEAS) were normal and the ultrasound scan too. But the symptoms like acne and hairfall are severe. I really want to know the type of pcos I have, could you help me what tests can I go through, so that I can work on the root cause?

She is suffering from thyroid on medication. Tsh-3.8 to 9.6 in 6 months.except hairfall and mood swings no other symptoms.  Can you prescribe the  treatment ?

There is sudden increase in sugar level since 2-3days and sugar level is maintain between 300 - 400 ,despite of taking all precautions Insulin doses and medications are taken accordingly as prescribed. So why it's happening...

ANA positive. Also have thyroid, asthma, cyst issue. Done all sorts of tests related to ana. Reports are fine. Then why ana positive?

My prolactin test report have come 30.65ng/ml, normal range 2-35ng/ml according to my diagnostics centre. I just wanted to confirm that this is a normal result, since the reference range is generally lower for other labs.

I get tests done on 3rd day of periods Method :- CLIA LH :- 8.39 mlU/mL FSH :- 4.8 mlU/mL Method :- CMIA Prolactin :- 15.77 ng/ml Method :- ECLIA DHEA :- 268 ug/dL Method :- CLIA Total Testosterone :- 22.09 ng/dL Do I have pcod as the ratio of FSH: LH is not 2:1 and in my case the ratio is reversed 1:2 According to google And do I need to get done other tests estrogen, progesterone, androgenostine? I don't have cyst in ovaries but I have irregular periods and hairfall issue I have been taking iron and vitamin d prescribed by dermat  as I have low ferritin 24 and low vitamin D 9  levels I don't have thyroid too.
