Will estrogen dominance in men cause cancer? What are health problems caused by estrogen dominance in men?

I can't reduce my belly fat,hips and thighs. Is fat around belly dangerous? I'm doing regular exercise but, can't reduce fat on these areas. Can I get in to shape?

I had random blood sugar test after 2 hours of having breakfast and coffee. Result was 141. Is it normal?

My tsh level is 10.37 T3 1.11 T4 7.63 Anti TPO <0.8 and my right side neck is swollen and it feels like it is pressed... and is having pain, is it thyriod??? One doctor is saying YES.. and other one is saying NO... CONFUSED... PLEASE GUIDE ME...

I am facing heart palpitations since 2 years...I got every thing checked expect calcium...I don't know what to do...my calcium level is 10.8 and reference range is 10.4 max CBC , KFT , LFT , ELECTROLYTE NORMAL , ECG , Stress test normal , Thyroid normal , ESR normal Vitamin D 25 hydroxyl low and vitamin b12 defeciency. I don't know what to do...I face palpitations some times.
