Hii I'm 20 yrs old.few days back i just monitored my fasting blood sugar( in empty stomach) at home & it came 105. For about 1 month i'm having leg pain contiously.Is it due to Diabetes or anything else .is it the primary stage of diabetes? My father is also diabetic patient for about 20yrs. So..my chances of getting affected by diabetes is high. I have consulted a doctor as well & he gave me some medicines to reduce pain & nurokind .& I'm Taking those medicines for 3days but still it has no effect..my legs are still hurting.if it is the primary stage of diabetes ...can I prevent this with proper diet without any medication?

Hi Doctor, I had annual health check-up and I found to have some irregular results in thyroid Profile. TT3-294 TT4-14.32 TSH -0.05. And I started using Neo mercazole 5mg since from 1 month and when I repeated I found TT3-70.91 TT4 - 8.1 TSH-0.02. Could you please help me with further process.

Which is relatively better for a diabetic- a suji rusk daily or a brown bread 🍞? I know both r not good but still I am confused regarding what should be given to them in breakfast?

Hi, my father is having sugar bp prblm from past 6-7yrs, medications (metformin 500mg BD, glimeperide 2mg BD, Telma 40mg OD, Amlodipine 5mg OD) He got some cut on toe his foot fingers are numb then it doesn't cured , now foot is swollen, red and paining..near by doctors are not treating him because of sugar He took antibiotics n painkiller earlier (Amoxicillin capsules IP 500mg and diclofenac) Now he is taking some medicines mentioned on attached image. I am worried if it becomes severe or untreatable What exactly happened to him?

Sir, My age is 33 B. Prashant kumar Last 3 months back I got covid that time I was taken steriods as per doctor advise May 14th treatment completed I have taken test on June 4 Hba1c result 8.4 I have waited 3months Now today September 10th I have done fasting 82 Post breakfast 102 Hba1c 5.4 Iam non diabetic patient sir, Till now I am not taken any medicine. Sir one dout I have sugar or not sir. Plz tell me sir Thanks

I am a patient of hypothyroidism .But recently my tsh<0.05,t4 is high 15.42ug/dl and t3 is normal.I have lost 5kg in one month and feeling a lump in throat.Please give me a solution

My Thyroid level was 7.56 six months ago. I was prescribed Thyronorm 25 mcg for 100 days. By mistake, I took 50 mcg for 115 days. I checked my thyroid. It is now 4.06. I am continuing with 50 mcg. Should I reduce the dose or continue with 50 mcg? I don't have major health issues except slight dullness after food. Thanks.

I am suffering from pcos from last 3 yrs, although I get periods regularly(2 days/month) but recently I have noticed one weird thing with me . I usually discharge blood clots ( mostly round shape) few days before my actual menstrual date. I am currently under heavy workout and strength training . Is it like am passing  the old immature cysts that got accumulated in my ovaries though blood ?

I have a higher level of T4 (12.8), but my TSH is within normal limits (1.06). Is it a cause of concern?
