Today when I checked FBS it was 111 and after food and regular medication ppbs is 112 , is it ok or any advice

You may need reduction in meal time doses.. If no hypoglycemia it is fair

In a person with the diabetes the ideal glycemic target should be FBS - below 130 and PP Below 180 and HbA1c - 7 % or below .
You need to do HbA1c, if it’s below 7 % then you have a excellent glycemic control .
