Can I take one glass of black tea with added sugar per day if I'm estrogen dominant. Is green tea a better option for estrogen dominance? I haven't tested my estrogen levels.

I have opted for natural cycle embryo transfer in IVF, I have thyroid (TSH 2.08) & slight prolactin increase-29.6, vit D deficit, anemia. This is my 2nd transfer process ( first transfer March 21) & there is no detected fertility issues. My experience with both egg extraction(12 eggs- 9 embryos) & medicated frozen embryo transfer was bitter since I faced side effects, swelling, allergy, fluid retention, depression etc. Post my first transfer my cycles became irregular & elongated, I also feel pain during ovulation. My ultrasound show no cysts , my natural lining on day 17 was 11.8 mm & egg size of 20. My doctor gave trigger shot on day 17 & transfer is due on day 25. My concern is that I have been put on daily Duphaston 10X 3, Susten tab 200X 2, Crinone 8% gel, estrabet 2 X2, Susten inj 2 days, ecosprine 75, Zilargyn daily, vit D, folvite, vit E, antibiotic 5 days, Omnacortil 5 days even while my blood flow, uterus lining, egg size is normal, advice if so much medication is required?

I have been facing palpitations episodes since 2 years...got all test heart test done , just 100 extra beats in 24 hours and others normal. Doctors says you are perfectly fit , but I want to know the reason why it's coming..I just read that adrenal glands tumour or cancer can cause palpitations..should I go for  Catecholamines test as it's expensive and I am a student. I am 26 and my bp is 130-140 mostly other than this no headache , stomach pain , no dizziness , no fullness , no yellow skin, muscle sometimes crack..that's it..pls help me also my b12 is in deficit.suggest me pls I already wasted 30000 in heart test and found nothing just 100 ventricular ectopcis in 24 hours

T3 and t4 within range . Tsh is 0.020 . Is the report normal? If not then is it hypo thyroid or hyper? Should medication be taken? Will it be temporary or permanent medication?

I've a leg sore/ulcer on my left lower leg for which I have taken antibiotics & now applying placentrex gel, I've mild swelling and pain in the wound area, please suggest a medicine/tablet for same, sugar levels are normal.

Hi doctor my father is having sugar, previously he is taking different sugar tablets and insulin 40 morg and 35unit night, last week went for health check up doctor suggested to take below tablet and insulin. 1) Galvus met 50/1 gm 1-0-1 after food 2) Diamicron xr 60mg tablet 1-0-1 before food 3) Volix 0.3 tablet 1-1-1 aft food 4) Human mixtard 100 iu/ml (30 unit morg and 30unit night)   Tested sugar level it's 186 fasting and 245 after meal.( It was very high for one week we called doctor he increased insulin level now sugar become normal) My question is is this safe to continue the above tablet because he is telling his body is itching during night and his feet are burning whole day (previously feet burning during night time alone). Can you please suggest some ointment for feet burning doctor?

Morning with fasting sugar level observed 125, and after food 189, what precautions she need to take,can u suggest any medicine, right now no medicine taking,added amala and jamun juice in dite. She is already have heart issue since long, And she is not feeling energetic .

Is there any big difference between Thyronorm 25 mcg and 50 mcg? My thyroid was 7.56. The doctor prescribed 25 mcg. By mistake I took 50 mcg. Now the thyroid is 4.06 after taking 120 tablets. Should I continue. Please advise. Thanks

I'm in my 1st trimester and I took my thyroid test which I diagnosed with   tsh 12.70 on 18 aug 2021 I'm asked to take thyronorm 50 mcg to prevent birth defects. Now again I am prescribed to take my tsh and TPO antibody test as a result it is shown my tsh is 5.86 and TPO in 1045 .  Do my baby will get any defects . Or do I need to take a tablet for whole life long . Any postpartum problems . How to overcome
