About insulin resistance test
I m 41...with FBS 105 ( in July '21)
And Hb1ac at that time was 5.1%
After 3 months ( i couldn't go for BSF )
But i have gone with hb1ac test..
it is now 5% with abs 97
My BMI is 26+ ( little More )
I want to check for insulin test..
What should be my fasting insulin no...
Need expert suggestion..

Fasting insulin < 6 is good
