HEPATOMEGALY WITH GRADE-II FATTY CHANGE.ENLARGED IN SIZE (20.0CMS)WITH INCREASED echo texture.what does it mean?

My antimicrosomal antibodies are too high 365 than normal range . Would like to take advice from endocrinologist who can help me to control or prevent this issue . My thyroid level is completely fine and under normal range but since AMA is too high it may lead to Hypo or hyper thyroid in future . Kindly advice how to control or prevent from this future desease.

I have itchy dry rash on hand and feet and i have hyperthyroid since 10 years.
