Constant dizziness in diabetes

Doctor I am getting dizzy constantly from yesterday taking medicines also but still, no complete effect is showing. Yesterday morning my sugar level was 306 after taking 1 banana and 2 glasses of milk also took metformin(1000mg) before the meal. Now my sugar level is 542 (reading after 3 hours of 2nd meal banana shake).

Gestational Diabetes

Diagnosed with GTT, what should my blood sugar levels be post meals? I usually get a high number greater than 140 mg/dl 1 hour post meals but 106-120 mg/dl 2 hours post meal..Is it not normal?
