Prescribe best medicine for diabetic level above 300 . Which helps to lower and control glucose fasting level

Hello doctor I had just tested my hba1c value it is 6.2 and could you please let me know if this indicates diabetes and what are the measures I need to take to go under good range

I have diabetes since last 22 yrs presently when my Fasting sugar is 240 and PP 340 (glucometer reading) I consulted Dr who advise following medication Amaryl  MV 2      1 tab  10mts before lunch ( previously taking 10 mts before break fast) and viltab(vildagliptin) 100 SR 1 tab after dinner. At breakfast no medicine is prescribed but i observed  fasting is 154 & 2 hrs after breakfast the PP become high 380 . This medications and schedule are being started since last 2 days. Pls advise and oblige

I am 34 years old. Yesterday after I checked by blood sugar at home with in one our of eating lunch and it was 287. Then I rechecked after 5 hours of eating and it was 123. Today morning checked again before eating food and the count was 147. Am I diabetic, am really worried about it. I was covid positive in the month of May, it's been 4 months after recovering. Since then I have cough and shortness of breath, consulted pulmunologist and he said it's due to allergy, which I have since 2019. I am currently having Levocetirizine, Preverab-DSR and using Symbicort Tubuhaler. I am having a sedentary life style since the covid outbreak. Working from home and no physical activity at all. Food intake is also high from past 1 and half years. Weekly twice drinks also became a habit. Am I diabetic now as per the above mentioned sugar test results, if yes is it reversible or will I have to be with this life long. This is really worring me! Could you please advise!

My parents are diabetic and I know sugar is completely prohibited. But on special occasions like festivals, Bdday, parties etc .can we give them any sweet dish in less quantity? Because it is hard to resist for anyone if there is any special occasion and that person is eating after long time?

My mother is a diabetic patient , can she eat museli in the morning or it is not allowed. Please suggest me

Hi.. I was having 3 days fever with body pain and lot of tiredness and after medication fever and body pain has come down.. But tiredness is more so I just checked random in the afternoon before lunch it was 236mgdl.. I'm worried.. S there is a a lots of work pressure.. With poor appetite and lack of sleep...

Mother is 65 yr old .She is a diabetic patient from 10 yr and also has blood pressure...She takes regular medicine names Glimy M2 dr readdy company has content metamorphic.500...glimipride..Thrice in a day but No improvement..Fasting sugar is 123 and past sugar 230. Please suggest Modern and best medicine.

Hello sir, I am currently 30 years old. Currently, done my full body check up. Results is: 1) blood glucose fasting is: 180 mg/dl 2) Glycated hemoglobin is: 7 3) Average Glucose plasma is: 174 I want to some medical suggest for glucose level. What can I change in my lifestyle. Thanks for helping.

My mother is a diabetic. Although, we take every measure to control intake of sugar and have taken also but in case of tea , we r helpless, so we put little Jaggery power in her tea. But I know this is also equally harmful , earlier we used sugar free satches in her tea but now after knowing it's harmful effects we stopped using that also. I have heard a lot about stevia as a better alternative to sugar. But here I am doubtful also. So ,plz tell can we use stevia in her tea?
