Hi doctor, We were planning for tooth implant for my MIL and took random sugar test. It was 440. It was a surprise and shock for us, since she never had any symptoms. Is it normal for this age to have such high sugar. She is now under medication and taking tablets. We have some questions. 1. Can we add sugar free in coffee. Is it safe to have? If so, any specific brand? 2. We being a pure vegetarian, could you suggest a diet chart for whole day - fruits and vegetables to include or to avoid. 3. Normally how long will it take to normalise the sugar level 4. Any other specific measures or caution. Thanks in advance

One year ago , my tsh was 6.67 and t4 was normal. Last i year i ma regularly playing football and diet proper. Tsh rcently down to 3.34. Wt ŕeduced to 71 from 76 . Symptoms like anxiety improved . Cholesterol downs from 186 to 168 and triglicerides 467 to 297 . What should i do? Ldl was 123 and now 101.

I got abortion in last month July 28th with mifeprestone and misoprostol and bleeding happened till 16th August. I went for scan on 10th August and endometrium is 8.6mm. I got few drops bleeding on 6th August after one day some bloody discharge and yesterday few drops blood. I using thyroid medication 100mg from two years, yesterday I went for test and tsh is 7.8. Is it period or not? Is there anything abnormal? If it is period again I got periods in middle or next month same time.

Post covid hospital discharge in may , my hba1c test was 5.65 and since then my fasting sugar in morning has been between 95-102 . Now after three months of my previous a1c test, i took another one - it was 5.02 . Is it normal range now ? Even when my fasting sugar is 101 sometimes ?
