No need to worry
Plan for regular exercise and proper diet
You can become normal
Check for fbs , ppbs so need to check any medication needed
1.Always try to take Freshly prepared meals,
2.should not skip breakfast
3.have nuts before exercise
4.take small 5 to 6 small meals a day
5.avoid Packages, processes, ready to eat foods
6.drink adequate water .
7. take different color fruit a day
