Regarding my grandmother sugar level

My grandmother sugar level has increased to 333 fasting she always had but high level sugar she takes insulin daily 15units can you please advise if there needs any other test to be done ? Pfa of reports

Hi I can understand your concern
Insulin dose need to be increased
For now increase 5 units
If not on medication, need to start tablets for blood sugar will come down fast.
