I wakeup early this morning n i saw there is little white ulcer like in my left tonsils with sore throat no pain is this a concern pls tell doctor what is this

Hy docs i accidentally found a LN on the right side of my neck year ago i don't know how long it had been there it isn't growing or I don't have pain i did usg it showed 6×5 mm benign node movable my surgeon told me to leave it alone but keep an eye on the size so a year later its same no change and i have done my tests cbc kft lft lipid urine and stool came back normal but few months back i found out while massaging my neck i have a bunch of nodes i can feel on the left side near shoulder very small in size may be 2 or 3 mm but they are not growing i again showed it to my surgeon he told me the sizes are not of concern and i don't have any other symptom like fever sweating soo its probably nothing it can be fat based as i am very fat like 69 kgs and i also have fibroadenomas bilateral in breast i got it removed in the right side biopsy showed based after my surgery i had infection on stitchs for about 5-7 months in 2019 what should I do now Google takes me to the Cancer lane lymphoma

My 3.11 year old have adenoids hypertrophy. Tried nasal spray for 1 month . Now I am using sadbindu oil at night, amlaki rasayan in the morning,  warm water to drink, mulethi powder  with honey on ayurvedic doc. Advice ... His condition improve for 1 month when I used nasal spray or even 20 days after stopping the spray ..but suddenly the problem sleep issue comes again. Pls suggest me what should I do .

I used otrivin peadeatric nasal drops.Now i stopped for last one month. I took cough syrup as advised by local doctor.but still cough and salty and bitter taste on tongue is there.

What is this in my child nose .is it nasal polyps. He has stuffy nose and breathing through his month. When I check there are some white tissue in 1 side his nose the other side have smaller one.

I used to get nasal congestion left side while lying down left side and right side while lying down right side.for the last 7 months i used nasal drops to sleep comfortably. In jan got omicron fever cold and then urine infection dry cough.now i am feeling salty and bitter taste on tongue and dry cough sometimes. For the last one month i have not used nasal drops.
