Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My Voice became Rough in Puberty, Whenever I Say Something Everyone Ask me to Repeat Again n Again. I feel like my Voice is Granny, And When I Speak Vibration and Slight Cough(Maybe Something else) feels in my throat.

There is strange stiffness around left ear, upper left temple and left side of neck since 2 weeks I had accidentally pricked my left ear while cleaning 3 weeks back I am afraid as to this stiffness is due to any ear infection or related to eyes or something serious Please help

Medicine and ultrasound attached. I am facing pain near Ear. Tooth Xray is also normal. Neck ultrasound done.

Hi there, I would like to inform that in the last few months I have started snoring in sleep. Please advice..

Recently i took nasal spray Otrievine more then 3 times a day and for 1-2 weeks continuesly due to which my turbinates got enlarged but this is 3-4 week after it and one of turbinate either left or right getting enlarged and shrink on its own. I am not able to find out pattern but if left enlarged then right shrink and vice versa. Sometimes both shrinks. Mostly it gets enlarged at time of sleeping and eating. I am worried can you please suggest if this is normal or will go away without medicines? Or i need to take medicines but i am affraid if it worsens the condition with medicines. Because my current condition is not too bad. Thanks.

I feel pressure and pain in my face, in head , behind noses and in centre of head. I consulted a doctor and after doing endoscopy on nose and CT Scan he asked me to do a Surgery to correct the deviant and unblock sinus. I am happy to upload the prescription, CT Scan report . I wanted to have a second opinion on this and do I need to do this surgery.

Hi, I just got reports & it shows tsh level 8.59 & high esr too! I just want to know how to reduce it? Is it hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism? Which food should I eat to reduce tsh levels ???

I have mild pain in my throat in the right side and in right ear for more than 10 days now. Pain increases in the night. At times pain also seems to radiate down to the collar bone. There is also wierd taste in right side of my tongue.
