Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Today After my swimming session i started to feel pressure and minor pain inside my left side year further while speaking it feels like reverberating inside my eardrum. Kindly advise.

How long before the above surgery should you look to avoid drinking alcohol and also how long after should you abstain?

I have been getting headaches along with runny and stuffy nose, everytime I wash my hair. Sometimes headaches get worser leading to continous puking.It interferes with my daily life as I started get these symptoms frequently, when I work out, exposed to dust, while doing any household chores,etc. I take over the counter medications and sometimes do steaming to lessen the symptoms but it would give me only a temporary relief. I'm guessing it to be a Chronic Sinusitis issue, please let me know if there is a permanent cure to fix this issue.

ENT investigated my throat and said i have acid reflux and infection i have attached a photo of my throat i am just concerned about those lumps is that normal with acid reflux and how many days does that take to go Doctor has prescribed me Tab rabonik plus and tab allegra one each day I need help and second opinion from other ENTs about how normal are lumps

I had stapedotomy in my right ear in March 2021. Hearing was improved immediately but after few months, I feel the same way as prior to stapedotomy. Feels like ear wax is accumulated. Worried whether it is just wax causing bad hearing or stapedotomy procedure was not successful. Please suggest.
