Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My left nostril, ear, throat and head region around the earis paining badly for last couple of months.I have consulted many doctors time to time for many years,time to time as this problem is persisting since 2007.Everytime Iam diagnosed with allergy.But now a days I have prominent symptoms like pain in left side of head, nose ear and sore throat , itching all over the body, tingling in feet,also pain in left side of breast.Sometimes my nose bleeds when I blow the nose.The breast pain issue is also very old. My sono mammography is also done in 2020 .There was no significant issue with it. Kindly give suggestions,what to do

I have only swallow lymph nodes in my neck and USG test and blood test is normal. Does it shows any dangerous issue like cancer?

My name is Shivangi Gupta. I am 25 year old. I had 3 holes in my neck by birth. In july 2020, suddenly i got infection in my one hole near sub mandibular gland, that tract was from the external opening near sub mandibular gland to ecternal audiotory canal of that side ear. After surgery, i had facial nerve damage so i had facial pasy on that side. After 3 months, there was pain near ear and loss of senses so Doctor suggest me to do ultrasound. In USG of neck report, it is revealed that there is 1 cm tract has been left. Now today for 6 months ear is discharging and small lump is there where 1 cm tract was left in front of ear because my tract was connected to ear. Now i have pain swelling or pus discharging from that opening in ear canal regular basis. I am taking antibitotics regulary with cleaning by ear buds. And now what i have to do ma'am i am facing this issue since last 1.5 year almost. Dc suggest me to not to do surgery because i have already facil paralysis after first surgery

Hi there am mother of two daughters,.my elder one is 3 yrs old nd younger one is 3 months...am breastfeeding my baby.,after my first delivery I got sneezing problem especially when exposed to cloths,it got worsen now and as am feeding my baby I cant take all medicines related to cold,when I got allergy I suffer running nose nd continuous sneezing,cananyone suggest me best medicine to solve it permanently thanks regarding.,

What is effect of linezolid over branchial sinus  infection swelling and pain? How many day we can take without side effects of linezolid 600 tablets is its dangerous or not because i have been taking medicine since last 3-4 months???
