Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One side of the nose is blocked it transfer from one nostril to other but the nose is not completly blocked is this a serious problem having it for more than 2yr ???

I have chronic pharyngitis, sore throat  now my one side of the tongue feels irritated n some time tingling sensation present. No colour change or lump in the tongue. Tonsils are congested. Is this due to tonsils or pharynx infection or what else?

Dear doctor I took amoxicillin 500 mg twice in day for 10 days. Currently my condition is something got better than before. What to do is this continue to take or some changes plz advice me.

Hello Doctor, When i bend down suddenly or fast, i hear some sort of wind noise inside right ear. I don't know since when it has started but i have always ignored it. sometimes, i get bone cracking just infront of my right side ear when i move my jaw to the left side(doesn't happen occasionally otherwise i give pressure to crack) Could you please let me know if anything serious related to it ? I have sore on base of tongue from last 3 days and tongue is inflamed tongue on top right side. Both sore and inflammation is on same side. I am using rexidin m gel. Can you please tell me what be done on this as I am facing discomfort on the right side of the tongue where the inflammation is there.
