White spot on left tonsil no pain

Hi For the past couple of days, I have this white spot on my left tonsil. No pain, no swelling of tonsil, no sore throat/fever. I have attached the picture too. Also, I never had any tonsil problems before. This is the first time I am seeing the white spot in one of my tonsil. So, would you please help?
