Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having pain after swallowing food near my chest. According to the symptom I mostly think it is a Esophagitis. Can you please suggest me some medications for this ?

It's been a week I have noticed it, I have 2 lumps hard but small as shown in the picture in the floor of my mouth, i noticed it while I was moving around my tongue. For some time now, my wife has been suffering from sore throat. It has been cold since 25/02/2022. Clavam 625 tablet is taken in 10 doses. Sometimes it hurts but a little, then it is reduced by gargling with hot water. Drinking hot water also reduces it. 2 days is gargling with glycoseptal 15 drops, but not completely reduced. Kindly let me know what to do.
