Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel like something is stuck in my throat on the left side, no difficulty in breathing. I have tried drinking water but it's not going down. What should I do ?

Unable to swallow anything n speak at normal voice and having body pain. Request you to please advise with medicine name.

I have what appears to be a swollen lymph nodes on either side if the neck, they are small, painless and can only be slightly visible if I stretch my neck, I have mouth problems like tooth disease on both sides or the mouth, the lymph nodes has been here for about 5 months, they aren't changing, growing, becoming hard, or causing any problems, is there a way to get rid of them?

My antigen came positive on Jan 6th 2022 but the smell and taste were intact however past 15 days the smell and taste are not fully coming. What I eat the smell doesn't stay in the mouth for a long time example onion. Also only the strong smells are detectable. I had taken renerved tablet suggested by a doctor but still the same.

I have chronic pharyngitis from last 2 months. When I see my throat it has white patches or white ulcer like thing on posterior pharyngeal wall.i feel sensation while eating food and some stiffness on both sides of neck.swollen left tonsil Can this be something serious.. Please tell me generally how many months it takes to heal infection of throat?
