Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I suddenly get watery discharge( just like water) from Nose which continues for 1-2 days since 2years after a small gynae surgery . It irritates me so much. It stops automatically when I lie down on back. I can't find why it is happening? Please tell what problem I have?

On almost daily basis sneezing started with running nose and water in eyes.then have to take montair LC .Feeling very low and dryness in nose.History of liver cirrhosis in family.don't want to take too much allopathic medicine.

From yesterday I had  Tinnitus in right ear. It felt like small ringing sound, it is non continuous, it last for few seconds and then goes away.

From last two days I hv this different pain, which starts from the end of my skull moves to my earn and also adds pain in the scalp. It's not a very bad pain but more of a irritating pain. 3 days back I had a head massage and pain has started after that ... also I had horrible stress and arguing.... The pain is only on the right side. Started with irritation in the throat and after this all pain is added. Pain in right side lower skull burning pain the Center of the scalp, right ear pain and heavy right eye. Pl suggest

I am suffering with dry tongue, and there are small bumps on my tongue , and i cannot taste anything.

I have been feeling something stuck in my throat for the last two years. Sometimes it will go itselves, it will come itselves. It hurts me more. I had been suggested by a doctor to take neck MRI last year. But everything is ok in MRI. I consulted so many ENT doctors, they say no abnormality in my throat. Long ago I had a habit of chewing gutkha. But I had given up four years ago completely. I undergone tonsillectomy three years ago.  And  I could not understand why it is not get cured. Please suggest.
